Grief grips Scotts Pass after fatal bar shooting
A 73-year-old man named Rainford Bailey died after a shooting in Scotts Pass, Clarendon. The attack occurred around 7 p.m. while Bailey and another man sat outside a local shop. A gunman approached the pair and opened fire, hitting both of them. When the shopkeeper went outside to see what happened, the gunman shot him as well. Police reports indicate that about 7 p.m., Bailey and another man were sitting outside a shop in the community when a gunman approached them and opened fire. Both men were hit. The shopkeeper reportedly went outside to investigate and was also shot. All three men were taken to the hospital, where Bailey succumbed to his injuries. The others were admitted.
