Two individuals originally from Herceg Novi are accused of killing an 11-year-old boy in Canada. The child disappeared in September of last year. A 51-year-old man faces charges of second-degree murder and desecration of human remains. A 46-year-old woman is accused of manslaughter. The details of the crime emerged following a call from Belgrade.
