Prokurorai nutraukė tyrimą dėl nepilmamečių smurto Marijampolėje: smurtautojai – per jauni
Prosecutors in Marijampole have ended a pre-trial investigation into a violent conflict involving minors. The incident occurred on July 15 at the Poetry Park in Marijampole. An investigation followed reports of violence against a minor girl. Authorities decided to stop the proceedings after identifying the attackers. The individuals involved were found to be too young to face criminal liability. They had not reached the legal age for responsibility regarding causing physical pain or minor health disorders. The charges also included the violation of public order.
Marijampolės apylinkės prokuratūroje nutrauktas ikiteisminis tyrimas, pradėtas po liepos15 d. Marijampolės Poezijos parke įvykusio smurtinio pobūdžio konflikto tarp nepilnamečių. Šis sprendimas priimtas nustačius, kad prieš nepilnametę merginą smurtavę asmenys nebuvo sulaukę amžiaus, nuo kurio galima baudžiamoji atsakomybė už fizinio skausmą sukėlimą arba nežymų sveikatos sutrikdymą bei viešosios tvarkos pažeidimą.
