A luxury cruise ship departed Cambodia early Wednesday without its passengers. Hundreds of travelers had been left onshore during the previous week. One passenger told Reuters that the owners of Villa Vie have not provided clear information about the situation. The ship left the country while the stranded individuals remained behind.
