Two new substations will be built to supply electricity to Dushanbe. Construction of the Garbi substation is planned for completion in April 2028. A new substation in the Rudaki district is scheduled to be commissioned in August of the same year.
Строительство «Гарби» планируют завершить в апреле 2028 года, а новую подстанцию в районе Рудаки — ввести в эксплуатацию в августе того же года.
