The second festival-competition of fashion and design 'Blue House' will take place in Vitebsk. Yulia Kutepova, who leads the project and the fashion theaters 'Kostumer' and 'Madam' at the Vitebsk Culture Center, said the festival has grown noticeably. Participants will come from almost all over Belarus, expanding the event's geography.
Руководитель проекта и театров мод "Костюмер" и "Мадам" ЦК "Витебск" Юлия Кутепова отметила, что фестиваль заметно вырос. География участников расширилась: коллективы приедут почти со всей Беларуси.
