PUTRAJAYA: Mahkamah Rayuan hari ini diberitahu, pihak pendakwaan belum dapat menyerahkan notis rayuan secara fizikal kepada bekas pembantu penyelidik ahli politik, Muhammed Yusoff Rawther, yang kini berada di United Kingdom (UK).
