House prices in Dublin remained broadly flat compared to the previous year. The median cost for a home is now 500,000 euros. Nearly 15,000 homes were sold in the third quarter. Roughly 27 percent of those properties sold for over 500,000 euros.
Of the close to 15,000 homes sold in Q3, around 27% sold for more than €500,000.
