A rickshaw driver is facing trial following the death of a mother from Co Down. The incident happened after a Westlife concert in Dublin. It is alleged that the driver was traveling in a cycle lane. He reportedly made a reckless manoeuvre while attempting to merge into traffic. During this action, he struck a concrete bollard.
