Local activist Grgo Mandić has warned about the deterioration of roof panels at a former factory. Pieces of these panels are breaking off and falling. Blue asbestos has been found floating in the sea near Vranjica. The activist stated that this material is 200 times more toxic than ordinary asbestos.
