The fourth Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security focused on the role of women in strengthening peace, the CSTO and artificial intelligence. Participants said the old security model had failed and that the digital environment is becoming a new battlefield in cognitive wars. They argued that women's participation in international processes must be full and substantive, not merely formal.
