A High Court judge is considering the possibility of contacting the Pope regarding Canon Law. This potential action relates to a case involving abuse by the Christian Brothers. The judge stated that they are not suggesting serving the Pope at this time. However, the judge did not rule out the possibility of doing so.
‘I am not suggesting, at this stage, to serve the Pope but I am not ruling it out,’ said the High Court judge.
