A Court of Appeals overturned a ruling that had previously acquitted Eduardo Flores. He was the former coach of the Marcianitas and faced charges of sexual abuse against a minor. The court accepted a nullity resource filed by the Prosecutor's Office. As a result, a new oral trial must be conducted. This upcoming trial will be heard by a panel of three different judges.
