El Asador Etxebarri has been named the best restaurant in the world. Gaggan in Bangkok took the second spot, while Alchemist in Copenhagen ranked third on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 list. DiverXO experienced a drop in ranking, moving from fourth to ninth place.
