A 33-year-old woman in Novi Sad is suspected of killing her one-year-old daughter. Authorities believe she killed the child with a belt. The suspect allegedly tried to shift the blame to her 11-year-old daughter from a previous marriage. She claimed the older child beat the infant because she was annoyed.
