L’Observateur : « RDC : difficile processus du dialogue »
The DRC press led this Thursday, November 5 with the country's increasingly tangled political and security situation. L'Observateur framed the main theme as the difficult dialogue process in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Adding to the complexity is the entry onto the scene of the Front for the Refoundation of the Nation, known as the FRN. The various peace processes, meanwhile, appear to be losing steam. A further flashpoint is the approach of the Article 64 coalition, or C64, which wants to meet Joseph Kabila in Goma. That bid has stirred anger in Kinshasa.
