Children as young as 14 are using vapes laced with drugs. These substances can cause blackout states described as zombie-like. The Cardiac & Respiratory Foundation stated the drug belongs in an operating theatre rather than a teenager's pocket.
The Cardiac & Respiratory Foundation says the drug should be “something you’d find in an operating theatre, not in a teenager’s pocket”.
