More than 26,000 foreign‑registered vehicles have already chosen to fit an on‑board unit ahead of the mandatory switch‑over on 1 January. At the same time, around 12,000 vehicles registered in Singapore that are required to have an OBU by that date have not yet complied. Authorities continue to urge owners to complete installation before the deadline.
