Abdyldabek Kochorbaev, the customer for the Kokum-biy monument, rejects the accusations made by sculptor Almaz Ukuev. His lawyer, Agzam Dushenaliev, told 24.kg his version of the dispute. The customer is also set to complain about a deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to the report.
