A man entered a restaurant in the Ursynów district of Warsaw. He poured a flammable liquid onto a chair and intentionally started a fire. Nine people were inside the establishment at the time. The perpetrator fled the scene immediately after the act. Criminal investigators arrested him several hours later in the Bielany area of the capital.
