An explosion and fire in a building in the Qemal Stafa neighborhood of Elbasan killed two people. The victims were 69-year-old Hamit Ibro and 82-year-old Hatixhe Berisha. Search teams found the body of the man around 00:40 after several hours of intensive searching. Preliminary investigations are looking into the cause of the blast.
