The Chios airport is scheduled to stop operations for four months starting in mid-November. It is expected to remain closed until March 16. Despite this planned pause, the project is only 45% complete. There are concerns that the work will not be finished even after the closure period ends. This is attributed to an incorrect structure at the construction site.
