The security affairs committee of Khartoum State met today under Governor Ahmed Othman Hamza. It discussed joint coordination with representatives of supporting forces to carry out Resolution 153, which calls for ending military appearances in the state. A new security plan for Khartoum aims to end irregular military presence, and the committee praised the supporting forces' role at this stage. It said all efforts are being rallied behind the “Battle of Dignity.”
