Paola is a 55-year-old social health worker who was raped in August 2025 on the San Damaso nature trail in Modena. She decided to share her story after a 20-year-old man was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Paola stated that she previously felt dirty following the assault. She now encourages other victims not to feel ashamed. Her goal is to ensure that no one else has to suffer what she went through.
