„Hanner“ atnaujino 26 mln. eurų vertės „Neries namų“ statybas Žirmūnuose
Real estate developer Hanner has resumed construction on the Neries Namai residential project in the Žirmūnai district of Vilnius. The project has a total value of 26 million euros. Work restarted after the company fixed violations identified by the Construction Inspection. The developer received official permission to continue the build. Despite the approval, the company reported experiencing some technical issues when attempting to start work.
Nekilnojamojo turto plėtros bendrovė „Hanner“ atnaujino statybas 26 mln. eurų vertės gyvenamajame projekte „Neries namai“ Vilniaus Žirmūnų rajone. Bendrovė pašalino Statybos inspekcijos nustatytus pažeidimus ir gavo leidimą tęsti darbus, skelbia „Verslo žinios“. „Labai norėjome šiandien pradėti dirbti, bet susidūrėme su techniniais nesklandumais.
