Topdirektør i TV 2 advaret om »Den sorte svane« syv dage før premiere: I gør jer medskyldige i alvorlig kriminalitet
A previously unknown note from Aarhus University shows that TV 2's lawyer and former news director Ulla Pors received explicit warnings. The warnings stated that the production of The Black Swan would make the station and Amira Smajic accomplices in serious crime. Smajic has since been charged and faces possible prison time. A law professor believes the station does not understand the severity of the situation. The director continues to stand by the decision.
Hidtil ukendt notat fra Aarhus Universitet viser, at både TV 2s advokat og daværende nyhedsdirektør, Ulla Pors, blev udtrykkeligt advaret om, at TV 2 ville gøre både tv-stationen og Amira Smajic medskyldige i alvorlig kriminalitet i »Den sorte svane«. Smajic er nu sigtet, risikerer fængsel, og juraprofessor tror »simpelthen ikke«, at alvoren er gået op for TV 2. Direktør fastholder beslutningen.
