A 33-year-old man from Moinești was caught begging on the streets of Bacău. He is known to local police for dressing up as a nun to solicit money. This is the 12th time he has been caught engaging in this activity.
Un bărbat de 33 de ani din Moinești, cunoscut polițiștilor locali băcăuani pentru obiceiul de a cerși îmbrăcat în haine de măicuță, a fost depistat din nou pe străzile municipiului Bacău.
