The Guatemalan Association of Exporters conducted a study to find new locations for call center investments outside the capital. Researchers analyzed 323 municipalities to identify ten areas with the highest potential. The evaluation focused on the available labor talent and the level of English proficiency in these regions. Connectivity and existing infrastructure were also key factors in the analysis.
