Vladimir Putin stated that foreign intelligence services are using advanced technology to hide criminal activities. He noted that these threats originate from outside the borders of Russia. Because of this, the president said it is necessary to improve the work of the Federal Service for Financial Monitoring, known as Rosfinmonitoring.
