The My Le urban area project spans 46 hectares and includes about 1,500 houses and villas. The site is currently abandoned and overgrown with grass. Infrastructure at the location has deteriorated. These issues resulted from violations committed by the project developer. Former leaders of Binh Phuoc province were also involved in these violations.
