Russia is one of only 15 countries worldwide recording over 15,000 deaths from HIV. Natalia Ladnaja from the Central Research Institute for the Prevention and Control of AIDS reports that infections are occurring in hospitals and the military. She suggests that funding is being diverted toward the war.
