The Malaysia E-Hailing Drivers and Riders Association has urged Grabcar Sdn Bhd to stop using its automatic order acceptance mechanism. The association claims this system restricts the freedom of drivers to choose their tasks. A tribunal found the company violated three provisions of the Gig Workers Act.
CYBERJAYA: Persatuan Penghantar dan Pemandu E-Hailing Malaysia (TPAD) menggesa Grabcar Sdn Bhd (Grab) menghentikan mekanisme penerimaan tempahan secara automatik (auto accept) yang didakwa menyekat kebebasan pemandu memilih tugasan.
