Je to skandál, který může Ukrajinu hodně bolet. Tamní protikorupční úřad (NABU) spolu s protikorupční prokuraturou odhalily propojení mafiánských struktur s tamními tajnými službami (SBU), policií i justicí. Díky tomu mohli zločinci nerušeně provozovat podvodná call centra i jiné nelegální podniky.
