Erwin Hermanto, a technology enthusiast from Bandung, developed a digital platform called Syumra. His inspiration came from his personal experience performing umrah independently. The platform began as a tool to help users track their tawaf laps. It now provides a virtual experience that allows users to tour the Masjidil Haram. This simulator is offered for free to the public.
