The Siauliai District Court failed for a third time to open the case involving the attack on basketball coach Darius Songaila. The defendant, Arturas Bernotas, has not been brought to court. Police officers could not find the accused at his registered home address. The defendant has reportedly been using illnesses as an excuse.
Šiaulių apylinkės teismui ir trečiuoju bandymu nepavyko atversti krepšinio trenerį Darių Songailą užpuolusio ir sužalojusio šiauliečio bylos. Ligomis besidangstančio kaltinamojo Artūro Bernoto nepavyko net atvesdinti, nes teismo įpareigojimą vykdę policijos pareigūnai nerado nurodytoje gyvenamojoje vietoje.
