Bundeswehr exercises with more than 6,000 military personnel have started in Lithuania near the border with Belarus. The maneuvers Freedom Shield 26-II and Grand Eagle 26 run from November 6 to December 3. They involve units of the Bundeswehr's 45th Armored Brigade Lietuva and the 37th Motorized Infantry Brigade Sachsen of the 10th Tank Division.
С 6 ноября до 3 декабря в Литве пройдут маневры Freedom Shield 26-II и Grand Eagle 26. В них задействованы подразделения 45-й бронетанковой бригады Бундесвера Lietuva и 37-й мотопехотной бригады Sachsen 10-й танковой дивизии Бундвесвера.
