The Ministry of Architecture and Construction has outlined changes to how permit documentation for construction is prepared. The changes confirm the right of the customer, developer or engineering organization to collect technical requirements and conditions for a specific object at the pre-design stage and before applying to the executive committee for permit documentation. These requirements apply to the development of project documentation.
Закрепляется право заказчика, застройщика, инженерной организации на предпроектной стадии и до обращения в исполком с заявлением о выдаче разрешительной документации собрать технические требования и условия, предъявляемые к конкретному объекту при разработке проектной документации.
