The Kosovo Institute for Justice is proposing an amendment to Article 394 of the Penal Code. This proposal seeks to introduce criminal penalties for those who fail to implement decisions made by the Constitutional Court. The institute is calling on the Assembly to address a Citizen Legislative Initiative. This initiative has received support from 12,120 citizens.
