The chairman of the Galway GAA announced enthusiasm for an upcoming Garth Brooks concert at Pearse Stadium. His comments came despite the venue still showing damage from concerts held in 2018. The past events featured another major artist whose shows left the stadium in need of repairs. The chairman expressed confidence that the new concert will proceed successfully.
