GOVT UNVEILS PROPOSED K284.8 BILLION 2027 NATIONAL BUDGET
The government has proposed a national budget of K284.8 billion for 2027. Finance and National Planning Minister Dr. Situmbeko Musokotwane presented the budget in Parliament. Domestic revenues are expected to cover K233.7 billion of the total spending. This amount represents 82 percent of the overall expenditure.
