AD propõe "cobrança coerciva" para quem vandaliza monumentos

A proposal has been made to implement coercive collection for those who vandalize national monuments. The Municipal Police will be responsible for identifying the people who cause the damage. If costs are not paid on time, the affected entities can request this forced payment. Paulo Núncio stated that the measure is intended for the 2027 State Budget.
Caberá à Polícia Municipal a identificação dos autores dos danos em património nacional. “Se não houver um pagamento atempado destes custos, as entidades lesadas podem solicitar a cobrança coerciva", indicou Paulo Núncio. Medida é para entrar no OE 2027.
