Gregorio Jiménez and a group of investors have purchased Burger King Spain from Cinven. The deal is valued at more than 2.3 billion. Jiménez, the founder of Restaurant Brands Europe, will hold a 51% stake alongside Point Break and Grupo Costa. The acquisition was supported by a 1.4 billion loan from BBVA, J.P. Morgan, and Santander.
