Igor Žmirić, the commander of the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit, has been temporarily removed from his position. This decision follows a ruling by the First Basic Court in Belgrade on November 6. The court ordered the commander to be held in custody. The Ministry of Internal Affairs announced the suspension from duty.
Komandant Specijalne antiterorističke jedinice (SAJ) Igor Žmirić privremeno je udaljen sa rada nakon što mu je Prvi osnovni sud u Beogradu 6. novembra odredio pritvor, saopštilo je Ministarstvo unutrašnjih poslova (MUP).
