A well-known Croatian factory is closing its doors after 48 years of operation. Nearly 150 workers will lose their jobs as a result. The union and the employer are still negotiating the terms of the departures. The union is demanding paid notice periods, Christmas bonuses, and severance pay based on the collective agreement.
