تمليك الأراضي السلالية .. شروط جديدة تربط الاستفادة بمشاريع فلاحية
The Interior Ministry has launched a new procedure to accelerate the transfer of rainfed agricultural land belonging to tribal communities to their rightful members. The step comes after previous procedures stalled and failed to produce the expected results, despite successive organizational and administrative decisions aimed at activating the project. The new measures are meant to overcome legal, technical and administrative obstacles that have delayed transferring ownership to beneficiaries. New conditions also link access to the land to agricultural projects.
