Nigeria's anti-graft agency, the EFCC, has opened an investigation into the Asaba-Onitsha road project in Delta State. About N14bn was reportedly paid out for the work, yet the road has allegedly been abandoned. Investigators will now try to establish what happened to the money and why the contract stalled.
