Ciudad Cayalá is the first organization in Latin America to receive the Leading Global Agile Enterprise distinction from Scrum Inc. J.J. Sutherland, the CEO of Scrum Inc., presented the award to Héctor Leal, the CEO of Grupo Cayalá. This follows a transformation process that lasted 18 months. The process improved operational efficiency and execution times. It also enhanced the experience for customers.

Sutherland, CEO de Scrum Inc., a Héctor Leal, CEO de Grupo Cayalá; tras un proceso de transformación que en 18 meses ha fortalecido sus tiempos de ejecución, eficiencia operativa y experiencia del cliente.
