Santa Elena man allegedly flees police on motorcycle before cops find 9mm ammunition
A 22-year-old Santa Elena man has been charged after police say he tried to outrun them on a motorcycle and was later found with ammunition. Officers were carrying out an operation shortly after 5:00 p.m. when Quintin Palacio allegedly fled, according to ASP Stacy Smith. He now faces a charge of keeping ammunition without a gun licence after 9mm rounds turned up.
