Janak Pandey, proposed for the post of Supreme Court justice, told a parliamentary hearing committee that he has left politics outside the courtroom and will not allow political influence or relationships to enter it. During the hearing, UML lawmaker Padma Aryal questioned him about the Bhutanese refugee case. Pandey said that after becoming a judge, he has kept political shoes outside.
