Dünyada altın talebi dirençli
Gold demand remains resilient globally, though trends vary in Turkey. Turkish interest in bars and coins dropped in the third quarter due to rising prices and high interest rates. Gold jewelry purchases fell 17 percent year-on-year to 313 tons, the weakest third quarter since 2000. In Turkey, the decline was limited to 4 percent. The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey sold 82 tons of gold since the start of the year. Current gold reserves at the bank stand at 532 tons.
